MOVIE REPORT 4

Hermoine Granger (Emma Watson)	Harry’s best friend. A cute little girl. She is a clever student. She helps Harry whenever he need.
Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint )	Harry’s best friend. A brave young boy. He helps harry whenever he need.
Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton )	An arrogant. He hates harry.  He always envy with everything that Harry’s get.
Uncle Vernon (Richard Griffiths)	Harry’s uncle. An arrogant man. He hates Harry.
Aunt Petunia (Fiona Shaw)	Harry’s aunt. She’s jealous to Harry’s mother. She also hates harry.
Dudley Dursley (Harry Melling)	Harry’s cousin. A fat arrogant boy. He always got everything he wants.

Synopsis                              :

Harry Potter, an orphan boy, who has to live with his cruel uncle and aunt. Harry is always get bullied by his cousin, Dudley. On his eleventh birthday, the mysterious letter begin arriving for harry. His uncle tries avoiding those letters. However the letters keep arriving in a big number. Finally, harry got that letter. The letter says that it is time for harry to enter Hogwarts (a school for wizards). Later that night Hagrid comes to pick harry, to bring him to buy the equipment before he enters Hogwarts. In Hogwarts Harry meets Ronald Weasley and Hermoine Granger. They become friends together. Harry also becomes The Quiditch player, the seeker. The only problem is Voldemort (the evilest wizard who kills Harry’s parent) tries to steal the philosopher stone in order to keep him alive forever. What will harry do then? Plot                                        :

Intoduction	Harry Potter, an orphan boy, who has to live with his cruel uncle and aunt. Harry is always get bullied by his cousin, Dudley. On his eleventh birthday, the mysterious letter begin arriving for harry. His uncle tries avoiding those letters. However the letters keep arriving in a big number. Finally, harry got that letter. The letter says that it is time for harry to enter Hogwarts (a school for wizards). There harry meets his friend Ron and Hermoine.
Climax	Prof Quirrel who actually the incarnation of Voldemort tries to steal the philosopher stone that saved on the third floor of Hogwarts.
Resolution	Harry, Ron and Hermoine try to save the philosopher stone. Each of them takes a role for saving that stone. Starting from Hermoine’s spells, Ron’s skill on wizard chess game, and Harry’s special power. They make it they defeat the Voldemort. Then the philosopher stone is destroyed.

Changing of Character                   :

•  Ron Weasley, he thought that Hermoine is a nightmare at first, but then he becomes friend with her after the Troll accident.

Uncle Vernon: “Make it stop please!”	Uncle Vernon begs Harry to stop the letters attack.
Uncle Vernon: “I demand that you leave at once”	Uncle Vernon demands Hagrid to leave.
The man at the bar: “bless my soul, it’s Harry Potter”	He fells happy because he met Harry Potter.
Ron: “Holly cricket, you’re Harry Potter”	Ron expressing his excitement because he met Harry Potter.
Ron: “that was bloody brilliant!”	Ron expressing his excitement to Hermoine’s magic.
Hermoine: “What an idiot!”	Hermoine insults Ron.
Ron: “she’s a nightmare honestly”	Ron expressing his opinion on the first time he met hermoine.
Hermoine: “that’s totally barbaric”	Hermoine insults Draco Malfoy.

Moral value                                       :

•   Do not judge people based on their appearances. Just like in this movie when Harry, Harmoine and Ron thought that Prof. Snape is a bad person, but actually he’s not as bad as they thought. He’s the one who help Harry when he being spelled by prof. Quirell.

•  Be brave. Just like in this movie, Harry Potter is always brave to face his entire problem. He do not feel any fear.

Noelle (Emma Roberts)	Another patient in the psychiatric. Then she becomes Craig’s Girlfriend. She is an optimistic girl.
Muqtada (Bernard White)	An Egyptian man. Craig’s roommate. He never goes out of his room since he stayed.
Nia (Zoë Kravitz)	Craig’s crush before he met Noelle. She is feeling depressed too.
Aaron (Thomas Mann)	Craig’s best friend. He is kind of a bad boy, but actually he’s a nice boy and a good friend.
Craig's Mother (Lauren Grahm)	A good mother, she always supports everything that Craig does.
Craig's Father (Jim Gaffigan)	He wants Craig to join the school summer when actually Craig doesn’t want to. He is one of the reasons why Craig feels depressed.

Synopsis                              :

Craig a 16 years old boy, who feels depressed of his life, decides to see a therapist to solve his problems. At first, he has no idea that he would be in that hospital for about five days. Knowing about that he decides to cancel the medication because he doesn’t want his friends know about him. Unfortunately, he cannot cancel the medication. It means that he has lo live on that hospital for the next five days. There, he met Bobby and Noelle who also feel depressed. Can Craig live there for the next five days? What is going to happen there? Can Craig get any friends there? Find out the answers on “It’s Kind of a Funny Story”

Plot                                        :

Intoduction	Craig, a boy who feels depressed decided to see the therapist. He asks the doctor for the medication, but he has no idea that it would take five days. Therefore he has to live there for the next five days. He met bobby and Noelle there. Also he met his roommate, Muqtada.
Climax	Muqtada doesn’t want to leave his bedroom since the first day he stayed because of his trauma. Also when Craig started to get close with Noelle, Nia (Craig’s crush) comes to see him. Unfortunately, when he said “I love you” to Nia, Noelle saw that. As a result, Noelle mad at him and doesn’t want to talk with him anymore.
Resolution	Craig apologizes to Noelle and told her everything that he feels about her. Noelle believes him and forgives him, and they end up together. Also Muqtada finally left his room when Craig playing an Egyptian music for him.

Changing of Character                   :

•   Craig, who feels depressed at first, becomes more relax and enjoys his life more since he met new friends in the psychiatric.

•  Muqtada, who doesn’t want to leave his room at first, wants to leave his room after he met Craig.

Language expression                     :

Craig: “uh, no. I’m cool”	Craig refuses Bobby’s help.
Craig’s mom: “well, you so brave honey. I’m proud of you”	Craig’s mother compliments her son, Craig.
Bobby: “Mind your own business, Humble”	Bobby warn Humble to not to get involved on Craig’s problem.
Humble: “relax it’s only for fun bro.”	Humble ask Bobby not to get mad at him because he’s only kidding on Bobby.
Humble: “take a hike bro, he’s not hungry”	Humble try to calms Bobby down.
Craig: “I’m a mess”	Craig underestimated himself.
Craig: “get a clue dad, there’s something bigger going on here.”	Craig wants his father understand his problem.
Aaron: “look man, I’m sorry. I was a bitch to you”	Aaron expressing an apology to Craig.

Moral value                                       :

•    Do not live your life in a fear, just face your problem because every problem has its own resolving. Just like in this movie, Craig tries to face all of his problems and he did it.

•  Appreciate what you have. Just like in this movie Craig tries to enjoy his life more and appreciates what he has. He realized that he has his families that love him so much.
